Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of related experience in enrollment or admissions.
• Valid driver's license with a low-risk driving record.

Responsibilities

• Manage a recruitment territory spanning NY, CT, NH, MA, RI, VT, ME.
• Conduct high school visits, alumni engagement, and college fair representation.
• Advise prospective students through admission and financial aid processes.
• Coordinate up to 4 regionally based recruitment events per cycle.
• Partner with the Office of Recruitment and Admission on scheduling calls, emails, virtual appointments, and on-campus events.
• Travel regularly within the territory and report to the Senior Associate Director.
• Build relationships with counselors and maintain brand presence.
