Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide information and guidance on programs, admissions requirements, application directions, and financial aid.
• Counsel applicants to complete admissions applications and guide initial course selection.
• Conduct outreach to meet enrollment goals and provide timely follow-ups.
• Coordinate outbound call campaigns and maintain records in CRM and reporting systems.
• Support Northeastern Online portfolio knowledge and participate in virtual information sessions.
• Assist with training and development of new employees.
