The University of Dayton is seeking a Regional Enrollment Manager to guide students and families in the college search process. This role reports to the Senior Associate Director of Recruitment and Admission and is based in a home office, preferably in Long Island, with travel to Long Island, New York City, Connecticut, New Hampshire, and Boston, MA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 2 years in college admissions, financial aid, or student services.
• Commitment to inclusive climate with diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong public speaking ability.
• Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsabilités

• Manage a territory through high school visits, alumni engagement, college fairs, events, and individual appointments with students, families, and counselors.
• Advise students and families through the admission and financial aid process.
• Collaborate with Office of Recruitment and Admission to respond to questions and needs of students, parents, and external constituents.
• Coordinate and execute up to 4 regionally based events per recruitment cycle for strategic audiences.
