Job summary

Uncommon Schools in New York City is seeking a Manager of School Support for NYC Enrollment to guide families from initial interest to Day 1 readiness. You will oversee regional lead conversion and family outreach, managing systems, data reporting, and operational strategies that drive enrollment targets across the NYC region.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of relevant experience.
• 4 years of experience in team management, student recruitment, or enrollment management.
• 3 years of experience in community engagement, outreach or sales.
• Verbal and written fluency in Spanish.
• Experience utilizing Outlook, Excel, Google Drive, SchoolMint, and Salesforce Salescloud.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of four staff and set performance targets.
• Establish outreach expectations and track regional enrollment targets.
• Develop annual professional development plans for the team.
• Oversee budget and administrative tasks for NYC Enrollment events.
• Design and implement lead engagement and outreach strategies.
• Collaborate with External Affairs, Marketing, and school teams on campaigns.
• Maintain 24-hour response time to NYC Enrollment inquiries.
