• Prospect and manage inquiries to ensure a steady stream of student prospects is distributed fairly to Admissions Coordinators.
• Oversee daily activity reports, enrollment logs, and candidate status to maintain pipeline visibility and timely starts.
• Provide coaching and feedback to Admissions Coordinators; monitor performance and keep teams aligned with program offerings.
