This remote, field-based role requires residency in the Dallas–Fort Worth area and involves developing new business, expanding existing accounts, and driving profitable sales growth. The ideal candidate thrives on building relationships, identifying customer needs, and delivering solutions that matter.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in outside sales or territory management.
• Strong relationship-building, prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and capable of independently managing a sales territory.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

• Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve revenue and growth objectives.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities while expanding relationships with existing customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in government agencies and public safety organizations.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Maintain accurate customer records, activities, and pipeline in the CRM system.
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer experience.
• Develop knowledge of Safeware's products and government purchasing processes.
• Monitor territory performance, provide forecasts, and work toward goals.
• Participate in customer events, trade shows, and company training.
