Reputable Recruiting in North Texas seeks a driven Sales Manager to motivate, manage, and grow the regional sales team and market share. Base location is Dallas-Fort Worth, covering stores and the regional sales force.

The role focuses on hiring, coaching, and achieving aggressive yet realistic monthly targets, while collaborating with Marketing to generate new and repeat business and maximizing CRM-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
• Five years of equipment dealership experience.
• Sales management experience preferred.
• Proven presentation skills.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Must possess a current and valid driver's license with an insurability-friendly driving record.

Responsabilités

• Hire, develop, train, and monitor the performance of Equipment Sales Representatives.
• Forecast goals and objectives for the Region and achieve them.
• Assist managers and Sales Representatives in setting monthly goals and providing support to meet them.
• Support prospecting and sales process development and monitoring.
• Provide coaching via ride alongs, evaluation forms, territory management, and monthly reports.
• Work with Marketing to develop plans that promote new and repeat business.
• Promote CRM usage and track performance vs goals and forecasts.
