Job summary

Otis Worldwide Corporation seeks a remote North America Field Office & Technology Lead to serve as a trusted technology partner to ~160 locations. You will bridge Digital Technology with site leadership, drive critical technology initiatives, manage vendors, and support relocations from a remote location with a preference for Florence, SC.

You will own site tech relationships, coordinate infrastructure projects, and ensure secure, reliable technology across the field.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, workplace technology, end-user services, or site operations.
• Experience managing third-party vendors and service providers.
• Proven experience coordinating technology projects across multiple locations.
• Enterprise networking and connectivity.
• UPS and site infrastructure technologies.
• Travel up to 10%.
• Project management certification (PMP or equivalent).
• Experience supporting facility projects, office relocations, or workplace technology initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead site infrastructure programs across the North American site portfolio, including network closets and UPS.
• Coordinate inspections, remediation activities, equipment lifecycle planning, and site readiness.
• Partner with facilities, real estate, project managers, vendors, and operations to ensure project success.
• Oversee relocations, renovations, and openings with technology workstreams covering networking, end-user tech, rooms, and printing.
• Manage project plans, milestones, risks, issues, and stakeholder communications.
