Job summary

Otis Worldwide Corporation is seeking an experienced North America Field Office & Technology Lead to serve as a trusted technology partner to approximately 160 business locations across North America. This remote role connects Digital Technology with site leadership to ensure technology services meet evolving business needs.

You will own site technology programs, manage vendor relationships, support office moves and renovations, and drive operations across a wide field office environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT infrastructure, workplace technology, end-user services, or site operations experience.
• Project management certification (PMP or equivalent).
• Experience managing third-party vendors and service providers.
• Experience coordinating technology projects across multiple locations.
• Enterprise networking and connectivity, UPS and site infrastructure technologies.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Digital Technology owner for North America site technology across ~160 locations.
• Coordinate office relocations, renovations, and new facility openings with technology workstreams.
• Lead programs for network closets, telecommunications rooms, and UPS infrastructure.
• Manage vendor relationships and oversee project plans, milestones, risks and issues.
• Provide proactive communications on technology initiatives and maintenance activities.
