Job summary

Otis Worldwide Corporation is seeking a North America Field Office & Technology Lead to serve as a trusted technology partner for ~160 locations. This remote role focuses on DT alignment, infrastructure, and project governance, with a preference for candidates near Florence, SC.

You will own site technology initiatives, manage vendors, support moves/renovations, and drive operational excellence across the field office environment. A PMP or equivalent is valued.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure, workplace technology, end-user services, or site operations.
• Experience managing third-party vendors and service providers.
• Travel up to 10%

Responsibilities

• Lead programs supporting network closets, telecommunications rooms, and UPS infrastructure across the North American site portfolio.
• Coordinate site relocations, renovations, and new facility openings.
• Manage project plans, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Provide proactive communications regarding technology initiatives and service changes.
• Drive standardization and process improvements across site services.
