Job summary

Otis Worldwide Corporation seeks a North America Field Office & Technology Lead to act as the trusted technology partner for ~160 locations. You will drive IT infrastructure, workplace technology, and site operations while aligning with Digital Technology.

You will manage vendor relationships, support office moves and renovations, and champion operational excellence across a remote field office environment. Travel up to 10% is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT infrastructure, workplace tech, end-user services, or site operations.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• Experience managing third-party vendors and service providers.
• Experience coordinating tech projects across multiple locations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Digital Technology contact for site leaders and designated site technology contacts across North America.
• Lead programs for network closets, telecommunications rooms, and UPS infrastructure across the North American site portfolio.
• Manage relationships with the MSP and key vendor partners for managed print services.
• Coordinate all Digital Technology activities related to office relocations, renovations and new openings.
• Coordinate activities across Digital Technology teams, business stakeholders, facilities, and external vendors; provide project updates and governance.
