• Experience managing third-party vendors and service providers.
• Proven experience coordinating technology projects across multiple locations.
• Enterprise networking and connectivity expertise.
• UPS and site infrastructure technologies knowledge.
• Travel up to 10% as part of role.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Digital Technology contact for North America sites.
• Build partnerships with ~160 locations and align business needs with tech services.
• Own the NA site contact database and communication processes.
• Provide proactive communications on technology initiatives and maintenance.
• Coordinate escalations and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Lead site infrastructure programs for network closets and telecom rooms.
• Oversee moves, renovations, relocations, and new facility openings.
