Job summary

Otis Worldwide Corporation is seeking an experienced North America Field Office & Technology Lead to serve as a trusted technology partner across ~160 locations. This remote role focuses on aligning business needs with technology services, overseeing critical initiatives, and driving operational excellence in a large field office environment.

The ideal candidate will manage technology projects, coordinate with facilities, security, and operations, and travel up to 10% as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT infrastructure, workplace tech, or site operations.
• Experience managing third-party vendors and cross-location projects.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required; travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Lead programs for site technology initiatives and infrastructure across North America.
• Oversee vendor relationships and managed service providers.
• Support office moves, renovations, and site relocations with technology workstreams.
• Coordinate escalations and ensure timely resolution of site tech issues.
• Own and maintain the North America site contact database and communication processes.
• Provide proactive communications on technology initiatives and planned maintenance.
