Job summary

HSM Edifice Construction Services is seeking a Business Development Executive for North America. This remote, full-time role focuses on identifying and converting new business within the U.S.

and Canadian construction markets, building relationships with owners, presidents, and operations leaders. You will develop targeted outreach, qualify opportunities, and coordinate with Preconstruction and project engineering teams to deliver compelling proposals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business, marketing, engineering, construction management, or related field.
• 5+ years in business development, sales, account management, or related role.
• Experience with B2B services or professional services in construction/AEC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across the U.S. and Canada.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects.
• Research target companies, markets, industries, and decision-makers.
• Identify opportunities with General Contractors, Subcontractors, and construction companies.
• Develop outreach strategies through email, LinkedIn, networking, referrals and events.
• Manage opportunities from qualification to closing and proposals.
