Responsibilities

• Development implementation of the sales strategy for North America.
• Go-to-market process (objectives, sales channels, etc.) as well as close coordination and cooperation to gain market share
• P&L responsibility in the region.
• Preparation of the mid-term plan, the annual budget, as well as forecast and demand planning.
• Organizational development, Building and expanding new markets, Employee development

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related area
• At least 8-10 years' experience in a leadership capacity (Sales and Operations)
• Previous experience in the Building Materials, Construction, Equipment sectors
• Exceptional skills in strategic planning and business development to set clear objectives and priorities
• Previous P&L responsibilities
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to travel
