DICE is seeking an Account Manager for North America who will oversee relationships with venues and promoters from Texas to the broader region. This role is remote with a focus on Spanish-speaking markets and will collaborate with Marketing, Field Operations and Client Success to drive revenue and partner satisfaction.

Fluency in English and Spanish is required, along with strong stakeholder management and commercial acumen, and a track record in live events, account management, or marketing.

• Build and lead relationships with key partners to drive revenue targets, partner satisfaction and retention.
• Partner with Marketing, Field Operations, and Client Success to drive operational excellence and manage on-site needs for events.
• Maximise partner success by tracking sales performance and deploying strategies that optimise marketing and sales.
• Renew contracts on favorable terms to retain partners.
• Coordinate region with central DICE teams and document partner needs.
