Job summary

DICE is seeking an Account Manager for North America (Spanish-speaking) with a focus on remote work from Texas. You will cultivate partnerships with venues and promoters, drive revenue, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver on-site support for events.

Ideal candidates have proven live events experience in Account Management, Event Operations or Marketing, and fluency in English and Spanish. Experience with ticketing is a plus and strong relationship skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in live events in Account Management, Event Operations or Marketing.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Knowledge of how festivals, venues and promoters work.
• Ticketing experience is a big plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead relationships with partners to drive revenue and retention.
• Partner with Marketing and Operations to ensure on-site event needs.
• Track sales performance and surface insights to improve strategies.
• Monitor product developments and industry trends affecting partner events.
• Manage partner renewals on better commercial terms and document needs.
• Collaborate across teams to overcome ambiguity and achieve success.
