Togetherwork is seeking a Solution Consultant in Austin, TX (Hybrid) or remote across the US. You will translate client requirements into functional specifications and actual system configurations, focusing on CRM-related processes and Dynamics 365 capabilities.

The role emphasizes working with nonprofit associations to improve staff and member experiences, gather business requirements, and train clients on solutions while maintaining project budgets and timelines.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of work experience in a related field.
• Solid technical skills with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar platforms.
• Understanding of CRM applications and basic databases structures such as SQL.
• Experience with non-profit membership/meeting management and fundraising is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Productivity Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work with various stakeholders to ensure quality and timely project delivery.
• Effective communication and the ability to turn clients into satisfied users.

Responsabilidades

• Acquire a fundamental understanding of our products and policies.
• Engage with clients to understand goals and design requirements.
• Provide advice and a clear vision on how to achieve project goals using tools and methodologies.
• Develop functional requirements documentation for customer approval.
• Implement and support system configurations based on approved requirements and SOPs.
• Provide training to customers and participate in education activities.
• Document and build out solutions for consistent client support.
• Continuously study emerging tools and practices for the association marketplace.
• Provide consulting services within project budgets.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
