Bonterra is seeking an Implementation Consultant in Texas to lead complex client implementations of our Case Management and Fundraising Solutions. You will design scalable, client-focused configurations and guide staff through adoption while coordinating with project managers to ensure on-time delivery.

We prize strong communication, relationship building, and the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in software implementation, consulting, or solution architecture.
• Ability to document requirements, design solutions, and estimate timelines and effort.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Experience with data migration projects and SQL queries.
• Background in human services, nonprofit technology, or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Architect client solutions meeting staffing, data migration, and integration needs.
• Lead technical design and client enablement across Bonterra products.
• Perform discovery, scope requirements, and estimate hours and timelines.
• Deliver demonstrations translating complex features to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with PMs and onboarding teams to coordinate delivery across multiple implementations.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to PS process improvements.
