Momentive Software is a remote-first company delivering nonprofit and association management software to thousands of clients. The Implementation Consultant will lead onboarding projects end-to-end, guiding clients from discovery to go-live, while configuring platforms to meet business needs.
Ideal candidates bring 2-4 years in SaaS implementation or related consulting, with experience across AMS/LMS platforms.
Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in SaaS implementation, technical consulting, or software delivery.
- Proven track record managing multiple concurrent implementation projects.
- Experience with Association Management Software (AMS), Learning Management Software (LMS), or similar nonprofit platforms preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead Client Implementations: own onboarding projects from kickoff through go-live, manage scope and timelines.
- Configure and Deliver Solutions: conduct discovery, translate requirements into configuration, support data imports and go-live.
- Guide and Enable Client Teams: share best practices, act as primary guidance throughout implementation, build relationships at all levels.
- Strengthen the Team: document configurations, contribute to playbooks and process guides, support teammates.
