Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED (required).
- At least six months of remote customer-service experience or one year of onsite customer-service experience.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening.
- Accurate data-entry and basic computer skills.
- The ability to navigate multiple systems while speaking.
