Vocalink Connections is seeking a Remote Nonprofit Donation Processor / Pledge Drive Specialist to work from home in the United States. You will answer inbound donor calls, process pledges, and maintain data accuracy while upholding quality standards.

The role is a 1099 independent-contractor opportunity with flexible scheduling. Applicants should have a high school diploma and 0–1 year remote or 1 year onsite customer service experience, plus strong communication and data-entry skills.
