Job summary

Donorlytics Inc. seeks a results-oriented full-cycle sales professional to own the nonprofit customer journey from demo to onboarding.

You will generate pipeline, run demos, manage follow-ups, close accounts, and ensure customers are activated early using a data-driven, consultative approach. In this role you’ll engage nonprofit leaders, maintain CRM records, and refine messaging based on feedback while working with autonomy in a remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in sales or consultative roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience running live demos and managing follow-ups.
• Willingness to learn the nonprofit space quickly.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Run 1:1 product demos with nonprofit leaders and stakeholders.
• Lead consultative conversations to understand organizational needs and readiness.
• Manage follow-ups and move opportunities through a structured sales pipeline.
• Close new accounts and take responsibility for outcomes.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow defined workflows.
• Share feedback from sales conversations to improve messaging, onboarding, and activation.
• Own early onboarding and activation.
