Lendz Financial seeks a motivated mortgage Account Executive to drive broker partnerships and fuel loan volume growth. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor to mortgage brokers, helping them navigate products and close loans with speed and confidence.

Qualificações

• Wholesale Account Executive experience with a current book of producing brokers.
• Knowledge of Non-QM products and ability to explain complex lending scenarios.
• Demonstrated ability to drive sales volume and hit targets.
• Strong commitment to white-glove service and urgent problem-solving.
• Highly organized and self-motivated with a sense of ownership.
• Clear, confident communication across phone, email, and presentations.
• Savvy with loan origination processes and underwriting workflows.
• Comfortable using Salesforce, LOS platforms, and MS Office tools.

Responsabilidades

• Solicit new business by cultivating broker relationships to grow loan volume.
• Act as primary broker contact, answering questions about mortgage products and processes.
• Deliver outstanding service by addressing loan status inquiries and issues promptly.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth submission, processing, and closings.
• Provide brokers with training and informational meetings.
• Monitor rate locks and communicate proactively with brokers.
• Represent the brand by delivering consistent, exceptional service that drives loyalty.
