FlexPoint Wholesale is a fast-growing leader in the Non-QM mortgage space, specializing in flexible, fast, and service-driven solutions for brokers. The Account Executive will build and manage broker relationships, drive a robust pipeline, and train partners on product guidelines to ensure clean submissions.

You will coordinate with operations and underwriting to move files to close, provide post-submission support, and maintain CRM records.

Competenze

• Minimum 1 year of Wholesale Lending experience; Non-QM experience strongly preferred.
• Established active broker relationships with ability to self-generate business.
• Strong understanding of wholesale loan workflows, pricing, and guidelines.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple files and priorities.
• Comfortable working in a production-driven, fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented mindset with accountability.
• Proficient with CRM systems, LOS platforms, and MS Office.

Mansioni

• Prospect, onboard, and develop new wholesale broker relationships
• Grow and manage an active pipeline while maintaining broker engagement
• Train brokers on FlexPoint Wholesale products, guidelines, and processes
• Serve as the primary point of contact for brokers throughout the loan lifecycle
• Pre-qualify and pre-underwrite loan scenarios to ensure strong submissions
• Partner with operations and underwriting to move files efficiently to close
• Provide best-in-class post-submission and post-close broker support
• Resolve broker issues and complaints with professionalism and urgency
• Stay current on Non-QM programs, pricing, and underwriting guideline changes
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activity reporting
