Job summary

MISUMI Americas is seeking a skilled Recruiter to lead full-cycle hiring across Sales, IT, Marketing, Admin, and Operations. You will own requisitions from intake through close, partnering with hiring managers to define roles, assess candidates, coordinate interviews, and negotiate offers.

You will manage your own pipeline and advise on market conditions and compensation. You will report to the Global Talent Acquisition Manager and contribute to a company-wide QMS while supporting a remote,

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in corporate or agency settings.
• Experience recruiting across multiple functions including sales, IT, marketing, admin, and operations.
• Solid sourcing and passive candidate outreach experience.
• Clear communication with candidates and hiring managers.
• Good judgment on when to elevate a search.
• Hands-on experience with an ATS (Greenhouse preferred) and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Organized and reliable across a mixed load of requisitions.

Responsibilities

• Run full-cycle recruiting for assigned requisitions across sales, IT, marketing, admin, and operations: intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer, and close.
• Partner with hiring managers at intake to set role requirements, timelines, and market compensation expectations.
• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and direct outreach; maintain active pipelines in ATS.
• Keep candidates informed and provide a strong experience at every stage.
• Maintain ATS records and report on pipeline status, time-to-fill, and source effectiveness.
• All employees are expected to maintain and contribute to the QMS.
