Job summary

DMI, LLC is seeking a NOC Manager to lead a team of technicians in the Network Operations Center, ensuring maximum network uptime, rapid incident response, and high-quality metropolitan fiber connectivity. The role bridges the tactical team and client relations, coordinating daily workload for NOC Engineers and handling escalated issues.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, hiring and training, maintaining SOP/MOP documentation, and delivering contract-required reporting to the client.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of Network Operations experience, focusing on fiber network operations.
• 5+ years of Supervisory/Managerial experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day to day operations to ensure work is completed accurately and closed in a timely manner.
• Main point of contact for all client coordination and relationships
• Manage and coach the staff of Network Operations Center (NOC) to include performance evaluations.
• Assist in the hiring and training of new personnel.
• Oversee all SOP/MOP documentation, ensuring accuracy and understanding by all NOC Technicians.
• Oversees special projects, as assigned.
• Provide all required reporting to the client per the contract requirements
