Qualifications

• Bachelor-level understanding of TCP/IP networking and OS concepts.
• Experience documenting troubleshooting steps and using ticketing systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot across servers, networks, and endpoints.
• Willingness to continuously improve processes and learn.

Responsibilities

• Provide initial alert response and remediation for servers, workstations, and network equipment.
• Maintain detailed troubleshooting documentation in tickets and KBs.
• Assist with patch management and routine maintenance to mitigate vulnerabilities.
• Create and maintain documentation for system configurations and procedures.
