Job summary

Enhanced Computing Solutions is seeking a Network Administrator II to deliver advanced network engineering and systems support within the Service Delivery Team. You will handle escalated issues, design multi-site solutions, and mentor junior staff while coordinating with project teams to provide enterprise-grade IT infrastructure.

The role emphasizes Windows Server, Azure, VPNs, and 365 cloud environments, with a focus on security, proactive monitoring, and thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in high-level network maintenance, configuration, and administration.
• Strong systems administration knowledge with Windows Server and Azure environments.
• Advanced knowledge of network design principles and enterprise architectures.
• Experience with VPN technologies and network security appliances.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 Platform and cloud services.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Handle escalated tickets on complex network and systems issues.
• Mentor junior technicians and provide technical guidance.
• Design and implement network solutions for client deployments.
• Maintain and update network documentation and SOPs.
• Collaborate on multi-site and hybrid network projects.
• Communicate status and risks to clients and service delivery team.
