Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Microsoft Active Directory and/or Azure administration.
• Experience with backup and disaster recovery solutions.
• Solid networking knowledge: firewalls, switches, VPNs.
• Previous experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical escalation point for the NOC.
• Provide onsite and remote support to clients across various environments.
• Monitor, manage, and maintain client systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network, server, and end-user issues.
• Communicate project updates and issue status to clients.
