Applicants must reside in New Jersey, be able to work from home with a dedicated space, and participate in all required training. Pay is $16.55 per hour, with potential for weekend or holiday coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years in a contact center or customer service with high call volume and data entry preferred.
• Ability to learn new technology and processes quickly; follow complex instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with transportation questions and concerns.
• Schedule, modify, and cancel reservations as requested.
• Document customer interactions and ensure accurate trip data entry.
• Maintain professional, courteous demeanor and meet attendance standards.
• Support a 24/7/365 contact center with possible night/weekend/holiday shifts.
