Job summary

Ecolab is seeking an Operations Planning Specialist to cover the Night and Weekend team as a remote worker. You will dispatch technicians, schedule large-scale rollouts, and coordinate with SR/TR teams to optimize field operations and customer service across key accounts.

Requires 3-5 years in sales or customer service, strong organizational and communication skills, and comfort working independently in a fast-paced environment. Includes rotating weekend coverage with time-zone flexibility.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 3-5 years experience in sales, customer service, or related fields.
• Visa sponsorship not available; US-based employees only.

Responsibilities

• Process and assign high-volume service requests and rollout requests.
• Edit incoming service requests to allocate proper time.
• Schedule events for SR team; arrange with Territory rep when unavailable.
• Follow up with SR to Open and Close WOs on-site.
• Dispatch service technicians to customer locations prioritizing requests.
• Develop and maintain schedules for SR/TR teams; reschedule as needed.
• Optimize technician hours, availability, and accountability.
• Follow up on past-due requests to ensure on-time closure.
• Collaborate with Service Operations Manager to plan large-scale rollouts.
