Job summary

Ecolab Inc. is seeking an Operations Planning Specialist to schedule and dispatch a large field team, coordinating service requests and corporate account rollouts. This role focuses on optimizing technician utilization and on-time delivery of services in hospitality and food-service settings.

You will work with a Service Operations Manager and area leadership to drive efficiency, while supporting Grow and Gain initiatives and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 3–5 years of related work experience.
• Immigration sponsorship is not available and US-based employment only.
• Experience with field operations and dispatch is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process and assign high-volume service requests and rollout tasks with proper time estimates.
• Schedule events for the SR team; coordinate with Territory reps; open/close WOs on-site.
• Dispatch technicians to customer locations; prioritize service requests for corporate accounts.
• Develop and maintain schedules to optimize SR/TR team utilization and reschedule as needed.
• Improve technician hours, availability, and accountability; follow up on past-due requests.
• Collaborate with Service Operations Manager to plan large-scale corporate rollouts.
• Work with Area Leadership to meet Grow and Gain initiatives.
• Partner with field to solve problems and improve field effectiveness; prioritize requests.
• Reschedule service requests per customer and field needs; ensure on-time arrival of equipment/EDP assets.
