Job summary

Ecolab is hiring an Operations Planning Specialist to schedule and dispatch a high-volume field team across food service and hospitality accounts. You will optimize technician hours, coordinate with Corporate Accounts, and ensure timely completion of work orders in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years in sales or customer service, strong Excel skills, and experience with Salesforce and SAP.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of work experience in sales, customer service, or related fields.
• Immigration sponsorship is not available for this role.
• Role is open to US-based employees only.

Responsibilities

• Process and assign high-volume service requests and corporate account rollout requests.
• Edit incoming service requests to allocate proper time for each job.
• Schedule events for SR team first; coordinate with Territory rep when unavailable.
• Dispatch service technicians to customer locations while prioritizing requests.
• Develop and maintain schedules to optimize SR/TR team utilization and reschedule as needed.
• Collaborate with Service Operations Manager to plan schedules for large-scale rollouts.
