Job summary

Ecolab Inc. is seeking an Operations Planning Specialist to schedule and dispatch field technicians, managing high-volume service requests and corporate account rollouts.

You will coordinate with SR/TR teams, optimize utilization, and ensure timely completion of jobs in a fast-paced environment. The role requires strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with experience in service operations and related software tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3-5 years of work experience in sales, customer service, or related fields.
• Role is open to US-based employees only.
• Immigration sponsorship is not available for this role.

Responsibilities

• Note: The OPS schedules WO for all field associates.
• Process and assign high-volume service requests and corporate account rollout requests.
• Edit all incoming service requests to ensure proper time allocation for each job.
• Schedule events for the SR team first; arrange for Territory rep if unavailable.
• Dispatch service technicians to customer locations with prioritization of service requests.
