Job summary

Ecolab’s Institutional division seeks an Operations Planning Specialist (OPS) to support a world-class sales and service organization. The OPS schedules work orders for 300+ field associates, allocates time for each job, and dispatches technicians to customer locations to optimize service delivery.

This role partners with the Service Operations Manager and area leadership to plan large rollouts for corporate accounts, balance resources, and ensure equipment and assets arrive on time.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in sales, customer service, or related fields.
• Military experience welcomed in some roles.
• US-based employment only.

Responsibilities

• Process and assign high-volume service requests.
• Edit incoming service requests to allocate proper time.
• Schedule events for SR team and coordinate with Territory reps.
• Dispatch service technicians to customer locations and prioritize requests.
• Develop schedules to maximize SR/TR utilization.
• Collaborate with the Service Operations Manager on large-scale rollouts.
• Work with Area Leadership to meet Grow and Gain initiatives.
