Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process and assign high-volume service requests and rollout requests.
• Edit incoming service requests to allocate proper time for each job.
• Schedule SR team events; coordinate with Territory rep when unavailable.
• Open/Close WOs with SR while on-site; follow up as needed.
• Dispatch service technicians to locations; prioritize requests.
• Maintain schedules for SR/TR teams to optimize resource use.
• Collaborate with Service Operations Manager on large rollouts; support Grow/Gain initiatives.
• Partner with field to improve operations and field effectiveness.
