Responsibilities

• Answer inbound and outbound calls for references, education, credential and employment verification.
• Obtain verification information via phone, fax, mail, etc.
• Investigate and confirm reference credibility.
• Update reference contact information in the database.
• Answer inquiries from candidates and clients regarding background checks.
• Coordinate with other departments via phone and email.
• Transfer calls to appropriate departments.
• Update database and complete verification reports.
• Complete database checks and set up client orders as needed.
• Perform quality checks and other duties as assigned.
