Verified First, a booming tech company, seeks a Verification Specialist to verify employment, education, references, and licenses for job applicants. You will outbound-call, research, email, and interview references, ensuring accurate client verifications.

You’ll support a fast-paced Verifications team, work remotely, and contribute to high-quality checks while meeting productivity standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of office experience and strong phone presence.
• Experience in U.S. domestic background screening is preferred.
• Able to learn software quickly and work accurately in systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Make outbound calls for education, employment and reference verifications for clients.
• Review and complete verification requests, researching as needed.
• Email and call businesses, schools and organizations to verify information.
• Interviews with professional references to assess work history.
• Meet productivity and accuracy standards and handle department admin tasks.
