Job summary

Gcore is seeking a Customer Support Specialist for night shifts to join a global team. You will handle first-line support via chat, email, and phone in English, provide consultations on Cloud, CDN, Hosting, and AI services, and diagnose technical issues with logs and data, escalating when necessary.

This full-time role offers hybrid/work-from-anywhere arrangements depending on role, with a schedule of two consecutive night shifts followed by two days off.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of Technical Support experience.
• Good networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, MAC address, ping, traceroute).
• Good understanding of hardware and software diagnostics (reading logs, etc.).
• English level B2 or higher.
• Excellent customer advocacy and soft skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Quick learner, organized, and a team player.
• Responsible, polite, and optimistic with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• First-line support via chat, email, and phone (rare) in English.
• Provide consultations about Cloud, CDN, Hosting, AI and more.
• Resolve technical issues by diagnostics and collecting information and forward to higher levels when needed.
