Job summary

Gcore is seeking a customer-focused Technical Support Specialist in the United States to handle requests via chat, email, and occasional phone in English. You will provide consultations on Edge Cloud products, diagnose technical issues, and escalate complex problems to the right teams.

You will share knowledge to raise team capabilities, work in a flexible hybrid/remote/office setup, and benefit from private medical insurance and paid time off.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of Technical Support experience and B2+ English.
• Strong networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, traceroute) and hands-on Linux experience.
• Experience with API and monitoring tools such as Grafana.
