Job summary

HonorBridge, Inc. is seeking a Referral Allocation Coordinator to manage organ referrals, coordinate allocation, and support donor case progression across our service area.

This role acts as a communication hub with hospitals, transplant centers, surgeons, and AOC, ensuring timely and compliant donation opportunities. The position is night shift with three 12‑hour shifts per week, primarily remote from home.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a healthcare-related field or equivalent.
• 2–3 years clinical or comparable healthcare experience required.
• Knowledge of medical terminology is essential.

Responsibilities

• Review new referrals and monitor active donor cases.
• Coordinate organ offers and document OPTN/UNOS activities.
• Collaborate with hospital teams, transplant centers, surgeons, and HonorBridge staff.
• Utilize EMR systems to review clinical information and maintain confidential data.
• Support administrative tasks and quality assurance efforts.
