Job summary

Cherry Technologies, Inc. is hiring a Customer Support Associate for the US-based team. The role focuses on supporting Providers and Consumers with one-touch resolutions across phone, live chat, email, and SMS, in a fast-growing fintech environment.

The overnight shift (9:00 PM–9:00 AM ET) is required, with weekend coverage. Base salary is $65,000 per year, plus a $15,000 annual target variable, and a generous equity grant and full benefits for a fully remote company.

Qualifications

1+ years in customer support or similar role.
Experience supporting consumer lending, fintech, or financial products preferred.
Multi-task and de-escalate across omni-channel inquiries (Voice, Chat, Email, SMS).
Prioritize tasks with attention to detail.
Strong work ethic and results-oriented.
Startup environment experience preferred.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Excel/Google Sheets proficiency preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Resolve Provider and Consumer inquiries with one-touch resolution via phone, live chat, email, and SMS.
Handle high volume inbound/outbound interactions with quality and efficiency.
Investigate inquiries, assess activity, deliver timely resolutions.
De-escalate complex situations with professionalism and empathy.
Document interactions and account issues accurately.
Collaborate with leadership to improve processes and systems.
Coordinate across departments to support growth in a scaling fintech.
Maintain weekend coverage and select holidays as needed.
