Job summary

Netfor, Inc. (The Art and Science of the Customer Experience) offers 100% remote customer support roles. You will handle inbound calls, document issues in our ticketing system, and guide customers using knowledge base instructions. Weekend shifts may be required after training, with 32–40 hours per week.

Starting pay is $16 per hour, with benefits including PTO, 401k, health/dental/vision, and telehealth options; training is Monday–Friday for 2–3 weeks on 1st shift.

Responsibilities

• Provide inbound customer support via telephone as instructed by Netfor knowledge base.
• Document issues and solutions in ticketing software while maintaining professionalism.
• Represent the company in a friendly, solutions-oriented manner to resolve customer inquiries.
