RemoteFetch is hiring a Customer Support Specialist for a remote, high-volume environment in the US. You will engage customers via chat, reference product specs, and maintain a professional tone while documenting interactions in the CRM.

The role emphasizes strong written and verbal communication, multitasking across chats, and delivering quality service in a fast-paced setting. Weekend/evening shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years call center experience, preferably live chat.
• Retail sales experience, preferably in ecommerce.
• Excellent data entry skills (45–55 wpm).
• Computer literate with internet savvy; Windows apps; CRM tools.
• Experience handling multiple chats simultaneously.
• Exceptional written and oral communication; professional grammar.
• Able to deliver quality customer service in a high-volume environment.
• Ability to develop relationships with clients, even in difficult situations.
• Ability to multitask while reading, typing, and navigating apps.
• Empathetic, active listening; positive attitude.
• Conscientious team player; flexible for weekends/evenings.
• Dependable with good attendance.

Responsibilities
