Qualifications

• Two years revenue cycle and/or patient access experience in healthcare preferred.
• Proficiency with medical terminology and insurance benefits verification.
• Experience with multiple PMS and EHR platforms preferred.
• Must complete onboarding and training within 45 days.

Responsibilities

• Oversee new patient coordination and insurance/registration processes.
• Schedule exams and procedures and maintain patient records.
• Verify information and resolve routine problems following established guidelines.
• Provide patients with appointment details and pre-visit instructions.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
