Initial on-site training occurs in DeWitt, Michigan, after which the role is fully remote. This part-time position offers flexible scheduling, opportunities for bonuses and commission, and room for advancement within a supportive, growth-focused culture.

Responsibilities

• Identify prospective clients, start conversations, understand hiring challenges, and introduce Evergreen's recruiting solutions.
• Prospect and connect with small business owners nationwide.
• Conduct outbound calls, emails, and other outreach to generate new business opportunities.
• Learn about each prospect's business, hiring needs, and challenges.
• Clearly communicate the value of Evergreen Agency Talent's recruiting services.
• Build relationships with prospective clients and guide them through the sales process.
• Follow up consistently with prospects and nurture opportunities over time.
• Maintain accurate activity, notes, and pipeline information in the CRM.
• Identify new markets, prospects, and business development opportunities.
• Collaborate with the Evergreen team to ensure a strong client experience.
• Represent the Evergreen brand professionally and contribute to a positive company culture.
• Continuously develop your sales, communication, and business development skills.
