Job summary

Evergreen Agency Talent is seeking a part-time Outbound Sales Representative to reach small businesses nationwide and promote recruitment solutions. The role offers flexible hours, remote work after initial in-person training, and a strong emphasis on performance-based incentives.

You will engage potential clients, maintain CRM records, and actively seek new business opportunities while representing the company culture and values.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales is preferred.
• Able to commute to DeWitt, MI for in-person training initially.
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in using digital tools and platforms (such as Google Drive, Click-Up, Slack, AI platforms, etc.)
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the company.
• Able to accommodate 30 hours of work per week in a professional, remote setting.
• Prior experience in or exposure to the insurance industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Utilize prior sales experience to reach out to small businesses and promote our recruiting services.
• Actively engage with potential clients to encourage them not only to sign up for our recruitment solutions but to see the long-term benefit of our recruiting process and approach.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions and progress using our CRM systems.
• Proactively seek out new business opportunities and foster relationships with prospective clients.
