Job summary

Safeguard Law Group invites a full-time Associate Attorney to join our Nevada practice remotely. You will handle consumer protection matters, draft pleadings and legal memoranda, and manage a heavy caseload while coordinating with our New York head office by phone and email.

The ideal candidate is Nevada-licensed, has at least 1 year of law firm experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and a commitment to ethical practice.

Qualifications

• Currently admitted to Nevada bar.
• Minimum 1 year of law firm experience.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Highest ethical standards and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a heavy and diversified caseload in Nevada.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda; review/draft agreements.
• Communicate with clients and opposing parties to resolve claims.
• Legal research on contract and consumer law issues.
• Travel to in-court appearances as required.
