The ideal candidate is NH-admitted, has at least one year of law firm experience, and demonstrates excellent writing, communication, and time-management skills to handle a heavy workload with integrity.

Qualifications

• Currently admitted to practice law in New Hampshire.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience at a law firm.
• Must possess superior organizational & time-management skills to meet strict deadlines.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
• Highest ethical standards and professional integrity.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with senior management and employees at all levels.
• Proficiency with LexisNexis is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining and supervising a heavy & diversified caseload of the Firm’s clients in New Hampshire.
• Drafting pleadings, motions, legal memoranda; reviewing & drafting agreements, etc.
